On December 11, 1999, an economic entity with independent legal personality was established - "Weihai Langbao Fishing Line Wheel Factory". In 2000, the initial preparation of the fishing rod factory was completed. In 2001, the company began to build a professional and refined production of multi-shop classification, and in 2001 it was reorganized into Langbao Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd., and the following year, the transformation from collective ownership to shareholding cooperation was completed, and a general meeting of shareholders was held.
